Refund policy

Dehydrated fruit.

Due to the nature of our products, and for sanitation and safety purposes, we do not accept returns of consumable products. If you don’t like the product you received, please contact us right away and we’ll do our best  to make it right for you.

Non-consumables/ Garnish tools.

Refunds are not available except for damaged/faulty products or where the wrong item is provided. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging for wrong item returns. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund, you can contact us at hello@parched.co.nz  If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can make it right.

In the unfortunate event that a product has been damaged through the delivery process or you if you received the wrong item or if the item is faulty, we will generally provide a replacement product. Please email hello@parched.co.nz  to organise for the replacement product.

In the event that you would not like a replacement product or damaged items re-sent, we will refund the payment card used for the value of the total transaction or the value of the damaged items. 

EXCHANGE

We do not accept exchanges. Please make sure you purchase the correct product when checking out as we will not exchange an item due to a change of mind.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve retrieved and inspected your item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if a product has not been delivered. Upon notification, we will investigate and ensure that the product is delivered and received.

Refunds will not be given for late delivery outside our stipulated delivery guarantees. We will not be held liable for late delivery outside of our stated delivery commitment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
