Online orders received before 12pm will usually be delivered within 1-2 working days for North Island, and 2-3 for South Island, and an extra 2-4 days for rural deliveries.

Couriers are charged at estimated costs based on current pricing from our courier providers.

- South Island $12.00

We offer free delivery on orders over $99.00 to North and South Island residential addresses. Rural and offshore islands are not eligible for free shipping. Please contact us at hello@parched.co.nz if you have any questions or specific requests, we are happy to assist where possible.

We will (nearly) always get orders out within 24-48hrs – the rest is up to couriers. Please keep an eye on the tracking number included in the email we send when your order has been shipped.

Orders placed outside office hours and weekends will be not processed until the next business day.

During busy times (e.g. Christmas), it is expected that deliveries will take longer due to extremely high volumes for couriers.

In the instance the recipient has provided incorrect or out-of-date details, Huka ice Ltd T/A Parched is not liable for incorrect or unclaimed delivery.
