Ingredients

  • 40ml Six Barrel Soda Rose Lemonade syrup
  • 15ml Lime juice
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 10ml soda water 
  • Ice

Garnish

Parched Dehydrated Lime wheel

Method

  • Stir in a mixing glass over ice and strain into chilled coupe/ cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with a Parched dehydrated lime wheel

Dehydrated Lime Wheels: as they rehydrate, they release lime oils and a lovely aroma to your drink.
