Ingredients

  • 30ml Six Barrel Soda Hibiscus syrup
  • 30ml Ecology and Co London Dry
  • 50ml soda water (or to top)
  • Ice

Garnish

Parched Dehydrated Smoked Orange

Method

  • Build over ice in old-fashioned glass.
  • Stir and garnish with a dehydrated smoked orange wheel

Dehydrated Smoked Orange Wheels: as they rehydrate, they release orange oils and a lovely aroma to your drink.
